Gus Paterson

Gus Paterson joined Centreline as CEO in March 2019; he has more than twenty years of industry experience having previously been Director of Civil Aviation for the Channel Islands – as such he was accountable for all aspects of aviation regulation in a uniquely varied role that saw him providing strategic advice to the governments of Jersey and Guernsey on aviation matters, as well as overseeing the successful development of Guernsey’s aircraft registry (“2-REG”). Prior to that, Gus spent more than fifteen years in a variety of operational and management roles at NATS, the UK’s leading provider of air traffic services, with experience including contract management, safety oversight and auditing.

In addition to holding a UK air traffic controller’s licence, Gus has an LLB from BBP Law School and is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.

Phil Brockwell

Phil Brockwell

Phil joined Centreline in 1998 to head up the aircraft charter division.  Having held various positions within the company including MD of Charter and CEO, he is now the Commercial Director with responsibility for new product development and delivering on the growth strategy for Centreline. Alongside his extensive knowledge of aircraft operating costs and market dynamics, Phil brings a wealth of experience in cargo operations, aircraft leasing, rotary contracts, and aircraft acquisition and sale transactions. Phil is a leading figure within the industry with respect to private jet charter sales and management, and is an early adopter of technological advancements.

Pat Wagstaff

Pat Wagstaff

Qualifying as a CAA Licensed Aircraft Engineer in 1987, working initially with commercial and private business aircraft, Pat joined Rolls-Royce as product support for military commercial engines. Pat was appointed by Centreline in 1991 to transition the company’s engineering and operational capabilities. Since then, he has led the process of gaining EASA approvals within Part-145, Part-M and EASA-OPS. Alongside his current role as COO, Pat holds EASA regulatory positions within each approval, responsible for quality and safety management activities across the business.

Louise Scott

Louise Scott

Louise graduated from the University of the West of England in 2008 with a BA(Hons) in Accounting and Finance.  She trained with Smith & Williamson, qualifying as a chartered accountant in 2011 whilst gaining experience and insight into multiple businesses across a broad spectrum of industries. Louise left accountancy practice to join the Centreline team in early 2013, taking over the role of Finance Director in 2015.  Becoming Chief Financial Officer in 2016, she has been instrumental in ensuring the sustainable growth of the company, bringing finance to the front of the business to enable sound strategic decision making.
