
Gus Paterson
Gus Paterson joined Centreline as CEO in March 2019; he has more than twenty years of industry experience having previously been Director of Civil Aviation for the Channel Islands – as such he was accountable for all aspects of aviation regulation in a uniquely varied role that saw him providing strategic advice to the governments of Jersey and Guernsey on aviation matters, as well as overseeing the successful development of Guernsey’s aircraft registry (“2-REG”). Prior to that, Gus spent more than fifteen years in a variety of operational and management roles at NATS, the UK’s leading provider of air traffic services, with experience including contract management, safety oversight and auditing.
In addition to holding a UK air traffic controller’s licence, Gus has an LLB from BBP Law School and is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.
