  • Centreline opens its doors

    Centreline began operating out of Bristol Airport under its original name, Bristol Flying Centre.

  • Engineering facility added

    As a way of better serving the overall needs of our customers, Centreline opened its own on-site maintenance facility. Aircraft could now be serviced at any time.

  • New private terminal built

    To cope with growing demand, Centreline erected a new purpose-built private terminal at Bristol Airport – equipped with modern facilities.

  • Worldwide operating capability

    Centreline expands its Air Operator Certificate to worldwide capability in response to adding its first long range jet, the Falcon 2000LXS, to the fleet.

  • Pula Aviation acquires Centreline

    Following a close working relationship over a number of years, Pula Aviation acquires Centreline as part of expanding its portfolio of aviation interests in the UK and the Channel Islands.

  • Next stage of growth

    Following a company rebrand, a new website, logo and aircraft livery are rolled out to support the next phase of Centreline’s expansion.

  • Pula Aviation acquires ASG

    Pula Aviation widens its business aviation portfolio with the acquisition of ASG, a Guernsey based maintenance, FBO and aircraft sales company, and launches Pula Aviation Services Limited

  • Centreline acquires Capital Air Ambulance

    Centreline enters into the Special Mission sector of aircraft operations acquiring the trading name and key assets of Capital Air Ambulance.

  • Centreline win MOD Contract

    Centreline won the CSAT contract with the UK Ministry of Defence to supply and operate Dassault Falcon aircraft for use by senior government, military and royal family members.

  • Centreline confirms sale of Capital Air Ambulance to Gama Aviation UK.

    The transaction represents a strategic step in line with the group’s focus on growing its core
    aviation services while divesting non-core business streams.
